Pasquale Gandolfi
President of the Union of Italian Provinces (UPI)
Born in 1975, Pasquale Gandolfi was elected President of the Union of Italian Provinces (UPI) in 2023.
Gandolfi has a long political career, which began in 2009 when he was elected as Councilor for the Municipality of Treviolo, where he served as Mayor from 2014 to 2023, now in his third term.
In 2021, he was elected President of the Province of Bergamo, a position he still holds.
Within the Democratic Party, he has held various prominent roles, including Provincial Responsible for territory, mobility, and infrastructure from 2010 to 2013, Deputy Provincial Secretary, and Responsible for labor from 2013 to 2015.
