Paolo Paganuzzi
Head of Property Management Italy for the Southern Europe Region GENERALI REAL ESTATE
Paolo Paganuzzi is Head of Property Management Italy for the Southern Europe Region of Generali Real Estate, with responsibility for the technical and administrative management of the real estate portfolios managed in Italy, ensuring the highest operational standards for the enhancement of the properties, according to the strategies envisaged in the business plan by the Investor Clients.
After a decade of experience in Pirelli Real Estate Property Management SpA, where among other roles he was Head of the Captive Portfolio, he joined Generali Real Estate in 2010, still in the Property Management Department, covering for 7 years the responsibility of the Property Administration and Procurement services, until assuming responsibility for the entire Property Management Business Unit from the beginning of 2022.
Since January 2024 he has been President of the Property Management Table within the Real Estate Services Committee of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare, a position in which he is involved together with the main players in outlining the sector’s responses to the main development and change trends required by the real estate market in Italy.
Paganuzzi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
