Paolo Benedetto, General Manager of IPI and Advisory & Valuation Director of IPI Management Services, sits on the Board of Directors of several real estate companies.
Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Finance at Bocconi University and Fellow at SDA Bocconi School of Management, he has extensive experience in the field of real estate finance.
He is the author of the books ‘Valutazione Immobiliare – Metodologie e casi’, Giacomo Morri & Paolo Benedetto, EGEA, 2017, and ‘Commercial Property Valuation: Methods and Case Studies’, Giacomo Morri & Paolo Benedetto, Wiley 2019. Member and Registered Valuer of RICS, he was a board member of RICS Italy from August 2016 to August 2022.
