After working abroad for several years, Arbib settled in Italy in 2000 and established the real estate portal casaclick.it that year, later selling it to Pirelli Group with which he had collaborated.
In late 2001, Arbib was named CEO of Elitrade, a company established in 1996 in Milan, where he oversaw the valuation, acquisition, disposal and division of many real estate portfolios. In 2005, Elitrade became Colliers Elitrade, now Colliers International Italia, a leading international real estate advisory service provider, which Arbib managed as CEO for eight years.
In 2012, Arbib and other partners bought Antirion SGR, and he was named CEO in May 2018. In April 2022 Antirion SGR became Colliers Global Investors Italy SGR and it now manages thirteen real estate funds (considering any active sub-funds) which invest in the main asset classes (office, commercial, residential, hospitality and healthcare properties).
