In 2015, together with Susanna Marchionni, he founded Planet Smart City, a proptech company leader in smart affordable housing that designs and builds innovative, inclusive, and sustainable neighbourhoods in countries with high housing deficits, also collaborating with local developers in the countries where it operates.
Planet Smart City’s mission is to improve people’s quality of life by integrating innovative economic, ecological, and social solutions into its projects.
