Officine Italia

Officine Italia

Diletta is Co-Founder of Officine Italia, an association of students and young professionals united by the desire to build a more forward-looking country, guided by the following principles:

  • Social sustainability, as the right of everyone to live in a socio-economic and environmental context that allows them to express their individuality to generate positive effects for the whole community.
  • Enhancement of talents, as condition to develop solutions that enable the recognition of skills equitably.
  • Equal rights and opportunities, by protecting fundamental rights and promoting inclusiveness and equal access to opportunities, including equal and accessible training and education.
  • Civic participation and entrepreneurship, through the empowerment of citizens and the design of new channels that allow them to become aware of their rights and duties, allowing them to become civic and social entrepreneurs responsible for the common good and the community’s well-being.

Officine Italia’s mission is to bring the needs of young people to the center of political dialogue and decision-making processes, providing spaces, channels, tools, and opportunities for aggregation and comparison with today’s and tomorrow’s decision-makers.

Officine Italia represents an innovative space for confrontation between individuals, companies, associations, and institutions, where young people can express their voice through collaboration and co-creation processes.

In addition to her role in Officine Italia, Diletta is a Ph.D. student at the Politecnico di Milano where she is part of Leadin’Lab – the Laboratory for Leadership, Design, and Innovation of the School of Management, a research group focused on helping the leaders of the present and the future to create meaningful innovations capable of transforming organizations.

Diletta’s research focuses on crowd engagement, citizen participation, innovative participatory mechanisms, transformative sustainability, and shared leadership.
