Claudio Carserà

Claudio Carserà is the CEO of EUR SpA, a company 90% controlled by the Ministry of Economy and Finance and 10% owned by the Municipality of Rome.
Carserà is a Management Engineer who has gained extensive experience in the Italian and international real estate sector, holding various top positions in important real estate companies and groups over the years, including: Director of the Real Estate Area of the Sorgente Group, CEO of Sorgente REM S.p.A., CEO of Quorum SGR S.p.A., Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Investment Officer of NEXT RE SIIQ S.p.A.
He is also the Founder and CEO of FUTRE S.r.l., a company active in consulting for institutional and private investors in the real estate sector.
He has managed and enhanced a complex real estate portfolio of over 200 properties, for a total value of over 2 billion euros. He has participated in over 100 real estate investment and divestment operations, of which approximately 1,000 million euros in the management sector, 600 million euros in the retail sector and 250 million euros in the hotel sector. Finally, he was a member of the Board of Directors and the General Council of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare from 2017 to 2023.
