Alessia Rimmaudo is the Central Director of the Directorate for Corporate Equity Holdings and Investment Policies for Service Innovation at INPS (Italian National Social Security Institute). In this role, she oversees the management, enhancement, and rationalization of the Institute’s financial and real estate assets, available through investment funds and affiliated companies, with the strategic goal of optimizing resources and supporting institutional objectives.
She holds a degree with honors in Political Science, with a specialization in International Affairs, from the University of Florence, and a Master’s degree in Communication and Information in Public Administration from the University of Siena. Her academic qualifications are complemented by an extensive professional career at INPS, where she has held positions of increasing responsibility.
Over the years, she has served as Director in various territorial offices, including the Provincial Directorate of Trento and the Regional Directorates of Valle d’Aosta and Tuscany, demonstrating a deep understanding of the Institute’s organizational and managerial dynamics. Notably, in 2012 she was appointed Director of the INPS Provincial Directorate of Pisa, where she was responsible for strategic coordination, management of human and financial resources, oversight of administrative and operational processes, and delivery of high-quality services to the public. Her role also included managing institutional relations at the local level, promoting organizational innovation, and monitoring performance targets.
From 2014 to 2017, she served as Central Director of the Directorate for Planning and Management Control, where she played a key role in cost analysis and the development of innovative projects. Her expertise also extends to process and service compliance. She has held senior positions within both the Central Directorate for User Services and the Central Directorate for Audit and Litigation Monitoring, where she was responsible for activities related to compliance assurance, litigation oversight, and staff training.
Additionally, she served as Deputy Central Director at the Directorate for Support to Governing Bodies and Internal Audit, where she gained significant experience in internal auditing and risk management, with a strong focus on the continuous improvement of organizational processes.
Alessia Rimmaudo’s strategic vision, combined with her leadership and innovation skills, makes her a central figure in the ongoing evolution of INPS services, corporate equity holdings, and institutional asset management.
