Alberto Ramella received a degree in Architecture in 1982 from the University of Brussels – ISAE La Cambre. Since 1982 he has worked as a freelancer with other architects and was a founding partner of Studio MRM in Brussels. In 1987, together with other architects and engineers, he founded another studio, Studio Progetto Ambiente in Turin.
In 1996 he became Deputy General Manager of Immobiliare Lombarda Spa. Within the scope of the responsibilities assigned, he also took on the role of director of several operating companies belonging to both the Fondiaria-SAI Group or the Immobiliare Lombarda Group.
In 2012 he became Head of Real Estate Asset Management of the Fondiaria SAI Group, and contributes to the definition of the strategies relating to the real estate portfolio and maintains control over it as well as the performance of the various service providers. He was a permanent member of the Parent Company’s Real Estate Committee with the task of periodically analyzing and directing the real estate strategy of all the subsidiaries of the Fondiaria-SAI Group.
In January 2013 he took over the General Management of the company Interimmobili SRL through which the Vittoria Assicurazioni Group operates in the real estate market.
In July 2013 he joined Reale Immobili Spa as General Manager: the company is the vehicle through which real estate assets are developed as well as those belonging to the various Reale Group companies in Italy, Spain and France. From January 2019 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Spanish company “Reale Immobili España” (formerly IGAR S.A.).
