Ivano Ilardo is Senior Advisor Business Development of YARD REAAS Group.
A graduate in Business Administration from Bocconi University of Milan as well as a RICS Fellow (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), he has more than 25 years of professional experience in real estate transactions, funds and asset management, having held prominent roles in leading companies both in Italy and abroad.
In addition to his strategic know-how gained in various areas of real estate, Ivano has experience ranging from real estate asset management to advising on investment and development transactions. He has worked alongside leading institutional investors and developers, supporting them in the implementation of their domestic and international growth plans, including the purchase and sale of single assets/large portfolios, feasibility studies and business planning of mixed-use development projects.
