In 1997 my two partners and I set up Abitare Co., a real estate service company specialized in the residential sector of new properties. The Company I led as CEO, today has registered a constant growth in the market, thanks to the innovative model developed over the years, able to handle all the distinctive phases of the real estate development. Understanding the market, forecasting the demand, and transparently evaluating the potential of a property development initiative are the skills that allow me to conduct my role as advisor for my clients. The new housing formats we propose accelerate the sales process and generate increases in value, contributing to the transformation of the urban landscape.
