Stefano Cervone, chartered accountant and statutory auditor, boasts over thirty years of management experience in complex, highly regulated environments, having held senior leadership roles in finance, investment and organizational services. With an educational background in economics, he has held top level executive positions in listed companies and large-scale shared services organizations.
He previously held the position of SEO and General Manager of Ferservizi S.p.A. – a company with over 1,600 employees and six business lines—where he spearheaded structured initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and re-engineer business processes.
He’s the general manager of Cassa Forense. Deals in particular with investment policies and digitalization processes, in accordance with Cassa Forense’s mission to guarantee robust social security for lawyers, ensure long-term sustainability, strengthen transparency and efficiency, and foster the organization’s managerial innovation.
