As Head of Sustainability Management I coordinate the implementation of sustainability issues in the SGR, taking care, for the managed funds: integration of ESG aspects in real estate management and development and monitoring of related performance, adoption of rating systems, implementation of regulations and documentation for investors; at the level of the SGR: corporate governance with a view to sustainability, ESG policies and guidelines, corporate procedures, SGR Sustainability Report, education, promotion and communication internally and towards the Board and stakeholders, reporting to Committees and Board of Directors.
As Head of Asset Management, I’m responsible for a team of Asset Manager dedicated to the management of the Funds, property manager outsourcer supervisor, planning and monitoring maintenance budget, development and valuation of the assets; transaction management & commercial support, vendor and pre-acquisition Due Diligence; negotiation of property/building management agreements and KPI’s monitoring.
