Paolo Bottelli is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kryalos  (www.kryalossgr.com), one of the most active players in the Italian real estate market, based in Milan.

Before founding Kryalos, he spent 18 years in Pirelli Real Estate, where he joined as an analyst in 1994. Over the years, he specialized in real estate advisory and asset management services in the Italian market. Starting in 2009, he was responsible for managing and restructuring the Group’s international operations from its Hamburg office. He stepped down as CEO and General Manager at the end of 2012.

Earlier in his career, he worked at Knight Frank and Deutsche Bank Leasing. Throughout his professional journey, he has also served as a Board Member of La Rinascente and as Vice President of the Presidential Council of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare.

In 2018 he was honored with the title of “Cavaliere dell’Ordine al Merito della Repubblica Italiana” by the President of the Italian Republic.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), member of the Executive Committee of ULI Italy and Board Member of the Board of Directors of NEAR S.p.A. Benefit (10% of which was acquired by Kryalos SGR).
