Orsola is a Partner at LCA Studio Legale and a member of the Administrative Law Department. Over more than thirty years of practice, she has developed extensive experience in urban planning, real estate, energy and environmental law, advising leading Italian and international clients.
In the real estate sector, she has advised on major development and urban regeneration projects, assisting clients throughout the entire project lifecycle: from defining the planning and administrative strategy and obtaining the necessary permits and authorisations, to negotiations with public authorities and project implementation, including environmental matters and remediation proceedings.
Energy has been a core focus of her practice for many years. Orsola advises leading operators on the development, permitting and operation of both conventional and renewable energy facilities, assisting them throughout the relevant administrative and regulatory processes. She also has significant experience in dealings with ARERA, the Italian Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment, and in related litigation. She was selected by ARERA as an expert for its Permanent Observatory on the Regulation of Energy, Water and District Heating Services.
Her combined experience across the real estate, energy and environmental sectors enables her to provide an integrated approach to the key legal and regulatory issues arising in the development of complex infrastructure projects.
