Giovanni Maria Benucci has been CEO of Fabrica since April 2016. A qualified lawyer, he has 25 years’ professional experience specialising in the property sector, having served as CEO of Domus Italia SpA prior to joining Fabrica.

Prior to that, he served first as Managing Director and then as Vice-Chairman of Sorgente SGR.

During his career, he has also served as a Director of Futura SpA, Head of the Restructuring Division at Sicilcassa SpA in L.c.a. (approximately €4 billion in NPLs) and as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the University of Palermo.
