Federico Conte
President ENPAP
Psychologist, psychotherapist, and executive, he has extensive experience in the fields of governance, organizational consulting, and professional pension systems.
After an initial career in the financial sector, he graduated in Psychology from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and completed a specialization in Psychotherapy.
He has worked as a consultant for major public and private organizations, including ENI, Enel, Coop, Philip Morris, Chanel, and Hitachi.
He has held leadership roles at the Order of Psychologists of Lazio, the National Council of Psychologists, and ENPAP, where he has served as President since 2025.
Since 2021, he has been Director of the Valle del Tevere Intermunicipal Consortium. He also holds an Executive MBA from LUISS Business School.
