Daniele Martignetti

Daniele Martignetti brings with him extensive experience in Real Estate, having held key roles in various companies within the sector.
His career began at Pirelli RE, where, among other things, he oversaw the company’s expansion in Germany, before going on to hold increasingly senior roles at international companies such as Savills Investment Management, Jones Lang LaSalle and BNP Paribas Real Estate.
With extensive experience in Capital Markets and Fund Management, Martignetti joins us from his most recent role at BPER Banca as Head of the Group’s Real Estate Division, further expanding his broad expertise in the real estate sector.
Starting in 2026, he serves as Chief Executive Officer of Great, the Advisory and Transactions company of the Gabetti Group.
