Matteo Peverati is Co-Managing Partner at Studio BLV – Belvedere & Partners. With a career spanning almost twenty years, he is regarded as one of the most highly respected professionals in Italy in the fields of administrative law and Real Estate.

Born in 1983, he graduated with first-class honours in Law from the University of Milan in 2008, having written a thesis on European Union Administrative Law focusing on the topic of in-house providing. Successively, he further specialised his academic profile by obtaining a Master’s degree in Environmental Law. He joined Studio Belvedere in November of the same year he graduated, becoming a partner in 2017, before taking the lead on the strategy and management with his partners of the new professional association BLV – Belvedere & Partners upon its foundation in 2024.

Throughout his professional career, Matteo Peverati has gained significant experience in providing legal advice and assistance to leading property companies, investment funds, construction firms, private citizens and public authorities. His scope of work covers the entire spectrum of property development and urban regeneration projects across the country: from feasibility studies and due diligence to compliance with town planning, building, environmental and landscape regulations, as well as the awarding of public contracts and concessions.

He also has a consolidated experience in litigation in front of administrative and ordinary courts, successfully representing both private individuals and public administrations.

Matteo Peverati is also the author of numerous articles for leading specialist journals – including “NT+ Enti Locali & Edilizia – Il Sole 24 Ore” and “Il Quotidiano Immobiliare” – as well as a highly regarded speaker at major conferences dedicated to land management and the challenges facing the construction sector. He has also placed his expertise at the service of the main trade associations in the real estate sector, supporting them in institutional dialogue and in the drafting of legislative proposals and amendments at national and regional level.
