He has been Chief Executive Officer Italy of Covivio since January 2019. Previously, he was General Manager of Beni Stabili Siiq since July 2016.<\/p>\n
Additional offices currently held within the Group: Chairman of Revalo SpA and Director of Central Sicaf.<\/p>\n
From 2005 to 2016, he covered positions with increasing levels of responsibility in Pirelli Real Estate SGR, then Prelios SGR, for which he was Head of Fund and Asset Management, managing a real estate portfolio of over \u20ac3.5 billion, spread over 28 real estate funds specialising in the office, retail and residential sectors.<\/p>\n
From 2000 to 2005, he was a member of the strategy and finance practice with a focus on the real estate sector of Deloitte Consulting.<\/p>\n
He gained over 15 years\u2019 experience in the real estate sector, managing transactions totalling over \u20ac10 billion, significant real estate developments and M&A operations in the sector.<\/p>\n
Since 2020 he has been Chairman of the Urban Regeneration Committee of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare.<\/p>\n
