Roberto Zoia<\/span><\/b>, born in Mantua in 1961, has built his entire professional career in the retail real estate sector<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n In 1986, he joined Coopsette<\/b>\u00a0as Business Manager, overseeing the management of complex projects, with a particular focus on the development and construction of shopping centres.<\/span><\/p>\n In 1999, he moved to GS Carrefour Italia Group<\/b>\u00a0as Hypermarket and Shopping Centre Development Director. In 2005, he was appointed Property and Development Director at Carrefour Italia.<\/span><\/p>\n He joined IGD<\/b>\u00a0in 2006 as Director of Development and Property Management. Since 2019, he has also been responsible for the management of the Group\u2019s shopping centre network. In April 2024, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of IGD<\/b>. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the subsidiaries Porta Medicea<\/b>, IGD Service<\/b>, and the Romanian subsidiary Win Magazine<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n In October 2020, he was appointed Chairman of CNCC (Italian Council of Shopping Centres)<\/b>, an independent non-profit association representing stakeholders across the shopping centre, factory outlet, retail park and related real estate industries. Prior to this role, he served for six years (from May 2014 to October 2020) as Chairman of the CNCC Real Estate Development and Investment Commission.
