Gandolfi has a long political career, which began in 2009 when he was elected as Councilor for the Municipality of Treviolo, where he served as Mayor from 2014 to 2023, now in his third term.<\/p>\n
In 2021, he was elected President of the Province of Bergamo, a position he still holds.<\/p>\n
