[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]CASSA FORENSE[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”15694″ img_size=”medium” el_class=”logorel mamedium”][vc_column_text]I am Valter Militi, Lawyer.<\/em><\/p>\n Born in Catania in 1963, I graduated in law in Messina in 1985. Registered as a lawyer, I specialized in criminal law, with particular reference to the sector of corporate and bankruptcy crimes, public administration crimes, environmental crimes.<\/p>\n I have collaborated with the Criminal Law department of the University of Messina and have been a speaker at numerous national conferences. In 2002 I took part in the work of the Study Commission for the Reform of the Penal Code (\u201cNordio\u201d Commission), established by the Minister of Justice.<\/p>\n I was been President of AIGA, the Association of Young Italian Lawyers, from 2005 to 2008.<\/p>\n I deepened my knowledge of forensis social security. In 2009 I joined the Committee of Delegates of Cassa Forense.
