His first real estate experience was in 1998 in the IRI Fintecna Group, after which he joined the Beni Stabili Group – now Covivio – that was listed on the Stock Exchange in November 1999. In 2001 he assumed the role of Head of Property until 2010. Within the Group that year it was created a brand-new company dedicated to the Real Estate services sector: Beni Stabili Property Service S.p.A.; in which later he\u00a0 tookover \u00a0the role of GM and COO.<\/p>\n
As of 2017 – after the company name was changed to Revalo S.p.A. in 2015 – he assumed the role of it\u2019s CEO, strengthening his presence in the real estate services market. In 2020, with three other company\u2019s managers, he closed the Management Buy Out of Revalo S.p.A.. He became the major shareholder of the only property service company in the Italian market known as independent and self-managed by its shareholders.<\/p>\n
