[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Senior Managing Director, Head of Italy HINES[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”8745″ img_size=”medium” el_class=”logorel mamedium”][vc_column_text]Raoul Ravara joined Hines in May 2021 and currently serves as Senior Managing Director and Head of Italy, with responsibility for supervising the business in Italy across diversified asset classes, from residential to industrial, including the most complex mixed-use projects.<\/p>\n
He is currently Chairman of the Residential Committee of Assoimmobiliare and a member of the ULI (Urban Land Institute) Executive Committee. Moreover, he recently completed a lecturer\u2019s tenure at the Executive Master of Finance (EMF) of SDA Bocconi and a two-year term as President of the Real Estate Committee at AmCham Italy.<\/p>\n
Raoul began his career in real estate brokerage and worked in several advisory firms before becoming Asset Manager at Polaris Investment Italia SGR S.p.A in 2011. Then, in 2012, he joined DeA Capital Real Estate SGR S.p.A. as Asset Manager and was later appointed Head of Funds in 2017. In this role, he was responsible not only for asset management activities but also for the investment activity of the funds.<\/p>\n
He worked with institutional, global and domestic investors across Core, Core Plus, Value Added, and Opportunistic real estate funds.<\/p>\n
