An architect and MRICS, she is the CEO of Abaco Team and board member of Abaco Engineering, the two Gabetti Group companies that cover the entire range of management and technical services. She has gained extensive experience in real estate issues by working in consultancy for technical and management advisory firms, supporting private and public operators, both Italian and foreign, in managing extraordinary real estate initiatives.<\/p>\n She has developed property management services and the loans and NPLs service segment, as well as creating the engineering and property redevelopment services area. This has contributed to the company’s growth in terms of both turnover and market share.<\/p>\n She has always been attentive to the world of education and has been a lecturer on the LUISS Business School’s Maref master’s programme – Property Management module – since 2012. Since 2023, she has been a contract lecturer on the first-level Master’s programme in Real Estate Development at IUL Telematic University.<\/p>\n She is currently President of the Services Commission of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare and coordinates the working group representing the entire real estate services supply chain. In this role, she oversaw the update of the ABI guidelines for property valuation in 2022. She is a founding member of AREL Real Estate Ladies, the reference association for women working in real estate in Italy.
