He is responsible for business management and development, and his principal task involves coordinating relationships with the main investors, corporates and partners, for the entire group.<\/p>\n
As part of his role, Giuseppe supports the Office, Logistics, Retail and Living sector teams, in the origination, structuring and closing of investment and leasing deals in all asset classes. In recent years he has personally closed transactions worth more than \u20ac7 billion, providing real estate consultancy to both domestic and international clients, and has actively participated in the closure of the key transactions on the Italian marketplace.<\/p>\n
Giuseppe, currently 42 years old, attended the SM Nunziatella high school in Naples, earned a degree in Business Economics at the Bocconi University in Milan, and gained consolidated work experience both in Italy and abroad, in particular in the USA and London.<\/p>\n
Thanks to his work, Dils has obtained numerous awards and recognitions, such as \u2018Growth Leaders\u2019 in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 (IlSole24Ore and Statista) and \u2018Growth Champions\u2019 in 2020, 2021 and 2022 (Istituto Tedesco Qualit\u00e0 ITQF and La Repubblica A&F).<\/p>\n
Giuseppe is considered one of the most authoritative professionals in the Real Estate sector in Italy and joined Forbes Italy\u2019s \u2018100 Top Successful Entrepreneurs and Managers\u2019 ranking for the year 2020.<\/p>\n
He led the management buy-out of GVA Redilco, the integration of Sigest and the acquisition of a minority interest by Redeal, a new long-term partner which will support expansion at an international level. Redeal is a special purpose vehicle formed by H14, owned by the Berlusconi family, which involved some important Italian and international family offices and entrepreneurs in the investment. These included the Marzotto family, the Doris family, the Alessandri family, and the de Brabant family.<\/p>\n
Through this path of constant growth, the company has established itself as a leading player in Italy, with a team of over 150 professionals in the Milan and Rome offices. In addition, the company has launched an internationalization project to export the vision and distinctive business model successfully developed in Italy to other markets.<\/p>\n
