Letizia Cantini is CEO & General Manager of the Svicom Group, where she leads the company’s strategic growth through the adoption of advanced proptech solutions, the acceleration of digital transformation processes and the enhancement of people and organizational culture.

An expert in digital transformation, product innovation and generative technologies, she combines a strong academic background, executive education and significant managerial experience. Her distinguished academic path is complemented by a pragmatic, results-oriented leadership approach.

As a certified Lean Leader, she applies agile principles to business management, fostering efficiency, entrepreneurship and organizational innovation.
