Born in 1976 in Columbus, Georgia, married with 5 children, Kelly Russell Catella is Head of Sustainability & Communication and Chairman of the Sustainable Innovation Committee of COIMA SGR. Prior to her current role, she held the position of Communication, CSR and Marketing Director at Hines Italia SGR and gained experience managing strategic communication, public relations and community engagement of the major Porta Nuova urban regeneration project in the center of Milan.

Kelly Russell Catella is also General Manager of the Riccardo Catella Foundation, founded in 2005 to promote best practices in the sustainable development of the territory, with particular attention giving to social inclusion in our cities and the fight against climate change. Thanks to an innovative public-private collaboration with the Municipality of Milan, since 2019 the Foundation is responsible for the maintenance and safety of BAM (Biblioteca degli Alberi Milano), the third urban public park in the city, and offering a cultural program open to all citizens. Before the positions cited above, Kelly Russell Catella was regional coordinator for the Urban Land Institute in Italy.
