Giuseppe oversees the strategic management and growth of the Group, leading key relationships with investors, corporates, and partners in all core markets. He works closely with the Office, Logistics, Retail, Living, and Hospitality teams to originate, structure, and close investment and leasing transactions across all asset classes. To date, he has personally closed deals exceeding €10 billion in value.

Aged 46, Giuseppe holds a degree in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan and has built a solid professional track record both in Italy and abroad. He is widely regarded as one of the most influential professionals in the Italian real estate industry and was featured in Forbes Italy’s “100 Top Entrepreneurs and Successful Managers” lists in 2020 and 2022.

Dils was launched in 2021 following the rebranding of Redilco and Sigest. Under Giuseppe’s leadership, the Group initiated its international expansion in the Netherlands (2023), Portugal (2024), and Spain (2025). Today, Dils counts over 600 professionals operating from offices in Milan, Rome, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Porto, the Algarve, Barcelona, Madrid, and other Spanish cities—exporting its vision and distinctive business model across Europe.

Giuseppe is a Vice President of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare (National Association of the Real Estate Industry) and seats on the Advisory Board of the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano.
