Carola Giuseppetti

Sidief

Carola Giuseppetti graduated in Architecture from the University of Rome and obtained a master’s degree in landscape design. She started her professional career at technical engineering firms before joining the US multinational project management company StructureTone Europe LTD, working on business hub restructuring and construction projects.

She moved on to institutional public-sector entities – working first at Consip Spa (Italy’s public procurement agency) during its start-up and consolidation, and then at Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato (IPZS), the Italian Mint, as Head of Real Estate – and subsequently to the banking industry as Deutsche Bank’s Head of Project Italy.

In late 2013, she was appointed Director and General Manager at Sidief, the public limited company subject to the direction and coordination of the Bank of Italy, sole shareholder, and headed the start-up for three years until it became fully operational.

Sidief takes a long-term view to managing, optimising and safeguarding its valuable real estate assets, which are mainly comprised of residential properties but include also commercial and office buildings.

She sits on the Advisory Committees of public real estate funds.

She lives in Rome and has a son.
