Andrea has over 25 years of professional experience in development, design, construction and asset management.
He is a qualified member of the RICS and holds a degree in engineering. Since 2015 he has been Managing Director Development and Construction at Logistics Capital Partners (LCP), responsible for the development and construction of more than 1,000,000 sqm new generation logistics buildings across Europe.
Prior to joining LCP, he was Head of Southern Europe Project Management in Prologis from 2003 to 2008, where he developed circa 500,000 sqm of speculative and built-to-suit logistics buildings, Real Estate and Construction Director of Valtur S.p.A. from 2008 to 2012, and Head of European Design and Construction at Amazon from 2012 to 2015, being responsible for the development and construction of the new generation buildings of Amazon in Europe (Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Poland, Czech and UK) totalling more than 800,000 sqm.
From 2003 to 2008 Andrea has been responsible for the technical development of the most important speculative and built-to-suit projects in Italy for Prologis for major clients such as Ceva Logistics, NYK Logistics and Huhtamaki.
From 2007 to 2008 Andrea held the role of managing the Southern Europe project management team of Prologis.
From 2008 to 2012 Andrea was Real Estate and Construction Director of Valtur S.p.A. having the role of managing the development and construction of new hotel and resorts other than the maintenance and refurbishment of the existing ones.
From 2012 to July 2015 Andrea held the position of Head of European Design and Construction for Amazon managing a team of six people across Europe. During this period, he managed the design and construction of 800,000 sqm of e-commerce Fulfilment Centres in Europe. The most challenging and successful project has been the design, construction and launch of three warehouses in the same year in Poland and one in Czech Republic (123,000 sqm each).
Since September 2015 Andrea has joined Logistics Capital Partner as a business partner and shareholder with the operating role of Managing Director Development and Construction. During this period Andrea has managed with his team the development and construction of more than 1,000,000 sqm grade A, environmentally advanced logistics buildings for major customers such as Amazon and Kering Group.
