Dario Cavaglià is an Associate in the Fund and Asset Management team of COIMA SGR, where he works in the management of funds with assets located in the city of Milan with a focus on development.

He began his professional career in Prelios SGR in the Fund and Asset Management team. In Prelios he worked on the management of Core and Value-Added Funds for a total asset under management of 650 million Euros, with focus on offices located in the main Italian cities. He also worked on the set up of some new investment vehicles, participating in the processes of assets acquisition and signing of the financing contracts.

He graduated in 2018 in Management of Built Environment from Politecnico di Milano with the thesis “The value of the energy performance certificate in the real estate investment market”. He had the opportunity to work in the various areas of development and real estate management with several internships in leading Italian companies in the sector.
