Saul Fava is Vice President, Digital Energy at Schneider Electric Italy – a role he has held since 2020 – and a member of the company’s Italian Executive Committee. In this position, he leads the business for energy management and automation solutions across the buildings and infrastructure markets, with a strong focus on driving digital innovation and sustainability for customers in Italy.
Saul Fava joined Schneider Electric in 2008, taking on roles of increasing responsibility in Business Development and Marketing, specializing in energy management. In 2018, he was appointed Vice President of Strategy & Digital Transformation. Prior to joining Schneider Electric, he held management positions in both the services and energy technology sectors within the Italian operations of major industry players.
Saul Fava holds a degree in Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan and has further strengthened his expertise in management, marketing and sales through executive education programs at leading international business schools.
