Antonio Belvedere is the founder of Studio BLV – Belvedere & Partners. With a career spanning over fifty years, spent mainly at the firm’s historic offices in Piazza Duse, Milan, he is unanimously regarded as one of Italy’s leading experts in the fields of administrative law and real estate.

Born in 1943 in Catania, he graduated with first-class honours in Law at the University of Genoa in 1969, winning a scholarship for the best dissertation. He is registered at the Milan Bar Association and at the Special Register for Supreme Jurisdictions.

Throughout his outstanding professional career, Antonio Belvedere has led many of the most significant real estate development and investment operations in Italy. He regularly provides advice and assists leading national and international operators on both public law matters, including town planning, construction, environment, landscape and cultural heritage, and civil law aspects, such as acquisitions, divestitures and procurement. He also has a consolidated experience in litigation in front of administrative and ordinary courts, successfully representing both private individuals and public administrations.

He is author of numerous specialist publications and speaker at major conferences on Real Estate, he has put his expertise at the service of the institutions by participating in legislative scientific committees for the drafting of regulatory texts on urban planning matters. Thanks to his consistently high professional standing, he is regularly featured in leading national and international legal directories. Alongside his legal work, he has always demonstrated a strong commitment to environmental issues: in 2025, he was appointed an honorary member of Green City Italia for his contribution to the valorization of the urban green.
